General

How much does a project cost?

Websites start from £500, custom software from £1,000 and mobile apps from £1,750. After a free consultation you get a fixed quote for exactly what you need, before any work starts. See pricing.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first conversation is about understanding your business and what you need. There's no obligation to go ahead.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Within one working day of your enquiry (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 UK time), by phone or email.

Who owns the code?

You do, on every engagement. The code, the accounts and the infrastructure are yours.

Who will I actually be talking to?

The people building your project. We're a small team with no account-manager layer in between.

Do you look after it after launch?

Yes. We offer maintenance and technical support plans that keep your application secure, stable and online.

AI & Automation

About this service →

How long does a first automation take?

Most single workflows are live in two to four weeks, including the discovery pass that maps how the process actually works today.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything below a confidence threshold goes to a review queue instead of straight through. You see what was uncertain and why, and the rules tighten from there.

Do we have to replace our current software?

No. Most of this work sits on top of the tools you already run and talks to them through their APIs.

Custom Software

About this service →

How do you price it?

Fixed price against a written scope. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, so neither side is guessing halfway through.

Who owns the code?

You do — repository, infrastructure and data, from day one.

What happens after launch?

Three months of support are included, then an ongoing maintenance plan if you want us to keep running it.

Web Applications

About this service →

Do you use WordPress?

Not for applications. We build on Next.js and TypeScript, which is faster, safer and cheaper to maintain than a stack of plugins. For simple content sites we'll tell you honestly if something simpler is enough.

Can we edit content ourselves?

Yes — anything that changes regularly gets an editor screen so you're not waiting on us for copy changes.

Can it be Turkish and English?

Yes. Multi-language is part of the architecture on every project we build.

Mobile App Development

About this service →

Do we need separate iOS and Android projects?

No. We build once with React Native and ship to both stores, which is why a mobile project costs what it does rather than double.

Who owns the developer accounts?

You do. Apple and Google accounts should always be in your company's name — we help you set them up and then publish under them.

What if the app gets rejected by Apple?

Rejections are normal and we handle them. Resolving store review issues is included in the launch service.

SaaS & MVP Development

About this service →

How small should an MVP be?

Small enough that one sentence explains it and one user flow proves it. We help you cut it there, then add on evidence.

Can you take equity instead of fees?

Occasionally, and only where we can genuinely influence the outcome. Most projects work better as a straightforward paid engagement.

Will it scale if it works?

Yes. We build MVPs on the same stack as our production products, so success doesn't mean starting over.

API & Integrations

About this service →

How long does an integration take?

Typically one to three weeks depending on how well the systems are documented. It's the usual starting point for new clients for exactly that reason.

What if a platform has no API?

There's often a file-based or database-level route. If there genuinely isn't one, we'll tell you before you spend money finding out.

Who watches it after launch?

We do, if you take a maintenance plan — integrations break when the other side changes, and you want to hear that from us first.

App Launch & Deployment

About this service →

Can you launch an app you didn't build?

Yes, and it's a large part of this service. We review the codebase first and tell you what's missing before quoting.

Do we need our own Apple and Google accounts?

Yes, and you should insist on it with any supplier. We set them up in your company's name and publish from there.

How long does a store launch take?

Preparation is usually a few days. Apple review is typically 24–48 hours, and rejections add a cycle — which is normal and included.

Maintenance & Technical Support

About this service →

Do you maintain software you didn't build?

Yes, after a short technical review. We need to see the code and infrastructure before committing to response times.

How is it priced?

A fixed monthly fee based on the size of the system and the response time you need, with included development hours.

Is there 24/7 cover?

Standard plans cover business hours, which is the honest answer from a small team. Out-of-hours cover is available as a separate arrangement — we'd rather price it properly than promise it and miss.

Growth & Digital

About this service →

Do you take on marketing without the software work?

Yes. It's often how a relationship starts — the technical work tends to follow once the tracking shows where things leak.

How long before SEO shows results?

Local search can move within weeks. Competitive organic search is three to six months, and anyone promising faster is selling you something.

Do you manage the ad budget?

We manage the campaigns; the spend stays on your own account, in your name, visible to you.

What could your business stop doing manually?

Tell us what takes too much time. We'll come back with exactly what can be automated, what it costs, and what it saves.
